Eager & Associates was founded in 1991 to provide professional fair housing related services with an emphasis on industry education and outreach. We are a private full-service training and consulting company. Our mission is to advise and educate community organizations and government agencies regarding fair housing. Our primary focus is fair housing program administration, education, enforcement and analysis reporting of fair housing and equal opportunity.

Another important service offered by Donald B. Eager & Associates is the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice or AI. All cities, counties, and states that receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development are required to certify that they will "affirmatively further fair housing." The tool used to establish that they are affirmatively furthering fair housing is the analysis of impediments to fair housing choice. Donald B. Eager & Associates is an award winning expert in providing this tool.
